Famine

This is an awesome design! The structure of the dragon is very original! The wrinkles and bonieness of the dragon is excellent, I'd like to see a little more wrinkles on the lower neck where the loose skin is. I'd also like the see the detail within the dragon balanced a little more. There is jsut so much detail with the wrinkles, I'd like to see you bring some that detailedness (if that's a real word...) into the wings and the surrounding feild. You seem to be picking certain things to detail the most and it seems kind of heavy in those areas. Try balancing the details.

As a whole, the image is intreging and elegant in it's own creepy way. A beatiful job!
